Requirements
Experience at managerial commercial level in the food Ingredients industry, with B2C sale orientation
Having worked in reputable companies. Multiple company experience preferred.
Food technical background (preferred).
Ability to manage complex negotiations.
Deep understanding of key account management methodologies.
Experience with preparation and execution of key accounts strategic plans.
Value selling capabilities.
Business development expertise (management of project pipelines in conjunction with R&D)

Job Content:
Work with the Sales Director to design and implement company strategies and plans in B2C.
Formulate with the Sales Director sales and marketing strategies that will enable the company to achieve its ambitious growth objectives.
Actively sell all manufactured and distributed products, providing the company with increasing turnover and profit indicators.
Provide product promotion plan for all key customers on a yearly basis, coordinated and approved by Sales Director and CCO.
Set and update monthly and annual sales goals.
Monitor market and competitors’ products, initiatives and activities and react accordingly: propose necessary countermeasures if needed.
Provide detailed rolling sales forecasting with a 12-months horizon.
Establish and maintain key global customer relationships. Review their activities, anticipate their needs, and improve customer satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate
Work experience: no issue but 5 to 10 years of total working experience is welcomed.
Languages: Very good knowledge of English is very important. Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.

First point of contact for all our customers local and international.
Interface between internal and external customers
Maintain existing customers, follow up on recurrent sales, get new orders from existing customers

Maintenance Manager

Main duties and responsibilities

Plans, organizes and oversees the maintenance of properties, facilities, equipment and mechanical systems to ensure operational effectiveness.
Tracking expenses and overseeing the budget for maintenance.
Maintaining properties, facilities, equipment, and mechanical systems to ensure it’s at working standards.
Creating and implementing maintenance procedures.
Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
Planning and managing all repair and installation activities.
Ensuring all team workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures.
Assigning repair schedules and evaluating repair cost estimates.
Documenting and preparing daily progress reports and maintenance logs.
Overseeing equipment stock and placing orders for new supplies when necessary.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
At least 3 years’ experience in maintenance of properties, facilities, equipment, and mechanical systems of the Production company.
Strong knowledge facilities machines and equipment.
Good written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.
Good Latvian language skills, English-conversational level.
B category driving license.
