Job Content
First point of contact for all our customers local and international.
Interface between internal and external customers
Maintain existing customers, follow up on recurrent sales, get new orders from existing customers
Respond to customers enquiry in a timely and complete manner.
Following new customers/product combination for C and D customers (Desk sales)
Transform Aloja’s B2B sales organization from an agent/distributor- based model to a
Monitor market and competitors’ products, initiatives and activities and react accordingly: propose necessary countermeasures if needed.
Provide detailed rolling sales forecasting with a 12-months horizon
Review customers activities, anticipate their needs, and improve customer satisfaction
Complete sales reports and prepare regular updates on key customers’ projects progresses

Main duties and responsibilities

Plans, organizes and oversees the maintenance of properties, facilities, equipment and mechanical systems to ensure operational effectiveness.
Tracking expenses and overseeing the budget for maintenance.
Maintaining properties, facilities, equipment, and mechanical systems to ensure it’s at working standards.
Creating and implementing maintenance procedures.
Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
Planning and managing all repair and installation activities.

Requirements:

JOB DESCRIPTION QA Assistant

This role, reporting to the R&D and QA Director, is responsible ensuring the implementation of food safety and monitoring programs meet company and regulatory standards. Oversees and monitors program implementation. The Quality Assurance assistant is tasked with defining and promoting a quality mindset across an entire company and is responsible executing all QA, activities. The QA assistant establishes and maintains a quality system to ensure a company’s facilities, equipment, personnel, methods, processes, and procedures conform to both internal guidelines and regulatory standards.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Support to develop, implement, manage, and track effectiveness of an integrated program, including systems, standards, procedures, measures, and tools to assure that food safety, quality, sanitation, and regulatory requirements are met for food products and operations.
  • Manages together with QA director potentially serious product incidents through product crisis management process
  • Delivers effective communications that provide partners at all levels with appropriate awareness and knowledge of quality assurance standards, program updates and process changes
  • She/he is part of cross-functional project teams and/or sub-teams that develop and implement new QA programs and procedure improvements
  • Recommends and oversees content updates to department or company resource manuals, standards manuals, training programs, and operational excellence tools
  • Monitors and maintains a quality assurance and quality control system
  • Analyses quality metrics, customer feedback and workgroup input
  • Support in hosting all quality audits from certification bodies and customers.
  • Interact regularly with engineering, manufacturing, and service functions to establish and define quality assurance standards for the site including manufacturing, sanitation, pest control, and disposition of ingredients or finished products
