Requirements
Experience at managerial commercial level in the food Ingredients industry, with B2C sale orientation
Having worked in reputable companies. Multiple company experience preferred.
Food technical background (preferred).
Ability to manage complex negotiations.
Deep understanding of key account management methodologies.
Experience with preparation and execution of key accounts strategic plans.
Value selling capabilities.
Business development expertise (management of project pipelines in conjunction with R&D)

Job Content:
Work with the Sales Director to design and implement company strategies and plans in B2C.
Formulate with the Sales Director sales and marketing strategies that will enable the company to achieve its ambitious growth objectives.
Actively sell all manufactured and distributed products, providing the company with increasing turnover and profit indicators.
Provide product promotion plan for all key customers on a yearly basis, coordinated and approved by Sales Director and CCO.
Set and update monthly and annual sales goals.

JOB DESCRIPTION QA Assistant
This role, reporting to the R&D and QA Director, is responsible ensuring the implementation of food safety and monitoring programs meet company and regulatory standards. Oversees and monitors program implementation. The Quality Assurance assistant is tasked with defining and promoting a quality mindset across an entire company and is responsible executing all QA, activities. The QA assistant establishes and maintains a quality system to ensure a company’s facilities, equipment, personnel, methods, processes, and procedures conform to both internal guidelines and regulatory standards to organize new product and application solutions according to innovations funnel projects and customer projects;
to be involved in developing the manufacturing processes and recipes of food and drink products;
to work on both existing and newly discovered ingredients to invent new recipes and concepts modify foods to create products such as plant-based items and ready meals and will often work closely with colleagues in the product development team to help deliver factory-ready recipes, based on development kitchen samples;
to taste every food and drink and improve it according to the client’s wishes;
present new and improved foods or drinks to the customers;

Main duties and responsibilities
Develops, implements, manages, and tracks effectiveness of an integrated program, including systems, standards, procedures, measures, and tools to assure that food safety, quality, sanitation, and regulatory requirements are met for food products and operations.

Works to develop and coach Quality Assurance staff through proper coaching, training, and counselling to ensure uniform interpretation and application of standards and procedures
Delivers effective communications that provide partners at all levels with appropriate awareness and knowledge of quality assurance standards, program updates and process changes
She/he is part of cross-functional project teams and/or sub-teams that develop and implement new QA programs and procedure improvements
Collaborates cross functionally and globally to create alignment of QA programs across the company
Recommends and oversees content updates to department or company resource manuals, standards manuals, training programs, and operational excellence tools
Monitors and maintains a quality assurance and quality control system
Analyses quality metrics, customer feedback and workgroup input
Host all quality audits from certification bodies and customers.
Interact regularly with engineering, manufacturing, and service functions to establish and define quality assurance standards for the site including manufacturing, sanitation, pest control, and disposition of ingredients or finished products
Represents, together with QA director, quality assurance on enterprise-wide cross-functional teams
Stays up to date and builds expertise in food safety best practices, public health regulations and industry best practices
