The need for reliable “sustainable food supply chains” is growing

The Covid pandemic and the current situation in Ukraine have highlighted the importance of long term reliable “sustainable food supply chains”. ALOJAS COO Janis Garancs talks about this and other food industry trends in the latest issue of the magazine Biologiski.

Consumer awareness of where their food comes from and its environmental impact will drive the food industry to develop more sustainable food supply chains.
